people to find your business when they are actually
searching for what
sell, you must come up on the
first page of Google, Yahoo and Msn -- in the actual
search results -- not the paid AdWords.
So let me start with a couple of actual rankings
for some of the most competitive keywords out
there ... 'seo' keywords.

Of course, I could

rankings for search related keywords, but by their
very nature these are some of the most competitive
keywords (generally referred to as hypercompetitive)
and because of this I don't really want to give them
all away ... just as you would not want your
competitors to know all of your rankings!
But I hope I have grabbed

*It's no secret that
almost all searches performed result in the searcher
clicking on actual search results, not the paid
Advertising/AdWords (the colored bars at the top or
ad boxes on the right).
*It's also no secret that almost no one goes past
the first page of search results.
That's good and bad. The bad news is if you are
not on the first page of results (in the first
ten) your business is completely invisible to people
on the internet. The Good News is if you are
listed on the first page of results you can reach
thousands of customers precisely when they are ready
to buy ... when they are searching for what you
sell.
